Susan Rubin is a Senior Fellow in Human Resources and Design at FTI, following 22 years as HR and Administrative Director at CAMERA. She holds a master’s degree in education and studied graphic design at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Susan has served as an educator and program director with Mass Audubon and as communications director at Congregation KI, and has worked professionally in graphic design and photography. Her photography has been recognized by Mass Audubon, including a photograph selected as a winner in an online photography competition. At FTI, Susan draws on her experience in human resources, administration, and visual storytelling to make ideas engaging and information accessible.
