Our Mission
  • The international assault on Israel and the Jewish people is the frontline of a civilizational crisis. This is apparent in the dramatic spread of baseless libels against Israel that increasingly permeate and distort governmental, cultural, educational, journalistic, medical and other institutions. Misinformation deceives millions globally to believe the Jewish state is an illegitimate, criminal entity and the cause of myriad negative international events. Such lethal propaganda and scapegoating of the Jewish state obviously require urgent and strategic action.
  • In an ongoing debate in the Jewish world regarding the efficacy of battling lies and those who spawn them, FTI emphatically joins the side arguing for the vital work and tangible benefits of deconstructing lies, confronting liars and spreading truth. However grueling the process and asymmetric the information war, we reject any retreat from this paramount work.
Truth is the indispensable antidote.
  • FTI’s mission is to counter the widespread vilification of Israel, exposing and dismantling falsehoods that indoctrinate the unsuspecting, threaten the welfare of the Jewish people and many others, and undermine the intellectual and moral foundations of free societies.
  • FTI exposes false claims about Israel and Jewish life found in cultural, professional and educational arenas, as well as legacy and social media and political sources.
    • FTI repudiates and discredits libelous claims and their perpetrators, such as those alleging Israeli genocide, apartheid, settler colonialism, racism, Jewish supremacism and the like.
  • FTI helps educate the wider world, in which the many uninformed are easily misled by virulent, false propaganda repeated in social, religious and professional settings and are urgently in need of the full truth about Israel, its present and past. 
  • FTI exposes and counters incitement that can become a catalyst for physical violence against Jews. Countering the explosion of lies and incitement can diminish the threat.
  • FTI fills a gap in the Jewish communal world as an organization devoted exclusively to repudiating anti-Jewish and anti-Israel falsehoods wherever they arise.
